RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

(For Protection of Company Interest and Dispute Prevention)

1. Introduction

This Policy is framed to provide transparent service to customers and to protect the interests of both the Company and the Customer. This policy shall apply to all sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. General Principles

  • Products sold shall generally be Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable, except under limited circumstances expressly mentioned in this policy.
  • The Company may, at its sole discretion, prefer Repair or Replacement over Refund.
  • Refund shall not be treated as an automatic right of the customer and shall be subject to Company approval.

3. Return Will Be Accepted Only In Following Cases

  • ✔️ Wrong product supplied
  • ✔️ Manufacturing defect
  • ✔️ Product damaged during transportation
  • ✔️ Product materially different from confirmed order specifications

4. Time Limit for Return Request

  • Complaint regarding damage or wrong supply must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return request must be made in writing within 7 days from delivery.
  • Delayed claims may be rejected and the Company’s decision shall be final.

5. Conditions for Return

Return shall be accepted only if:

  • Original bill/invoice is produced.
  • Product is unused and in original condition/packaging.
  • Product has not been altered, tampered with or misused.
  • Claimed defect is verified upon inspection.

6. Company’s Remedies (At Company’s Option)

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Credit Note / Adjustment
  • Refund (only in exceptional approved cases)

7. Refund Terms

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 to 21 working days.
  • Refund shall be made only through original payment mode or bank transfer.
  • Shipping, installation, handling and service charges shall be non-refundable.
  • Applicable banking/processing charges may be deducted.

8. Return/Refund Shall Not Be Applicable In Following Cases

  • ❌ Used or installed agricultural machinery/equipment
  • ❌ Damage caused due to misuse, negligence or accident by customer
  • ❌ Normal wear and tear
  • ❌ Change of mind or price fluctuation claims
  • ❌ Customized / Special Order / Clearance Sale items
  • ❌ Warranty-covered issues

9. Special Provision for Agricultural Machinery

For Rotavator, Power Weeder, Cultivator, Harrow and similar machinery:

  • Sale may be treated as Final Sale.
  • No return or refund after usage, demo or installation.
  • Only manufacturer warranty/service support shall apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Company liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the concerned product only.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or business losses.

11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
  • Courts at Gorakhpur only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • All legal proceedings shall be subject to Gorakhpur Jurisdiction only.
  • Company records and inspection findings shall be treated as primary evidence.

12. Right to Amend

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Important Declaration:

Products sold under “No Return No Refund” condition shall be specifically governed by such condition mentioned on invoice/order.

By purchasing products from the Company, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Policy.
